I assume this system works best with fuel injected engines as they can decrease fuel delivery on demand. would it work on a carbureted vehicle? if so I'd assume one would need to lean the carb so the hydrogen can properly replace the gasoline?

I would like to see videos of these results with labs testing others' hydrogen since you are so data driven. I don't doubt there is less, but you aren't saying how much less. 1% is still "less", but if the cost of the system is $2000 less, I think the value per dollar is more. I would like to see the LPM production in tandem with these results so we can accurately ascertain based on the LPM you're producing whether or not the differences are quantity flow limitations, or qualitative in nature. And if it's a quality issue with the gas, what is the source? Is it the lack of a drier? If so why don't you just hook one in and test to see if that's the only difference? A drier costs all of $30 to add in. But mentioning a $30 fix to get similar results on a cheaper system doesn't benefit your profit margin I guess.

I remember posting a comment on your Facebook page about 4 years ago about my own experiments with a system I was making and they deleted it. These guys don't like any sort of competition. That's okay, my system is way simpler and I am certain it produces far more gas, without rusting. I can see from the discoloration on your hoses it's been wearing down the chromium in the plates and rusting and eventually mileage is going to taper. I know from extensive experience in my own cells, but in mine they were rusting a lot more profusely given the way I had them set up. Hydrogen gas when accompanied by the oxygen is notable more explosive, so when rust is accruing in the plates the oxygen is being taken into the iron making iron-oxide. Not only is the gas less potent but it's going to fill up in those dry cell cavities and stymie production. And my own experience is that rust snowballs. But as a result, I figured out the way to eliminate rust altogether. I don't have any videos on my own diesel-grade system, yet. I'm going to let a third party, youtube channel, do the tests and give before and after feedback. At that point everyone will know the stuff works amazing when done in certain ways. Since you deleted my facebook comment I'll give a brief update on my own experiments on gas over the years, and recently a 1 hit wonder diesel setup I made for a guy I was in the Marines with. I've been doing this long enough to know how to make a small setup for any size gas engine that averages 20-35% improvement, without any electronic manipulation (no PWM, no VOLO, etc., but MPG gains will depend LARGELY). The last engine I tested on that wasn't mine was a 6L Chevy Express van I only used one cell on, underhood. It averaged 14-15.5 MPG from a small half quart setup I fit under the hood very easily. Previously it was 12MPG. My experience is the sloppier the tuning from the factory (IE American manufactured vehicles) and/or the more ineffecient your engine is running (old/worn sensors / built up carbon in the pistons/valves, excessive oil vaporing through the PCV) the more mileage returns you will see. I drive a 3.4L 2000 4Runner for work packed to the brim with tools and hardware for work, and also a cargo hitch loaded with an extra 250lbs of weight and ladders stacked on top. At the time when I was averaging 11.5 MPG driving at 70 MPH driving across country I added in my 2 hydrogen cells on the bumper (turned them up from 5 amps to 20 amps, 10 amps a piece by changing out my water for a denser mix and finally using a PWM) and it went up to 17-18 MPG. Later on I fixed a number of things I knew needed it, as well as changed the air intake for a factory setup, and my mileage without hydrogen went up to 12.5, with hydrogen 14 now, but I run it at about 12 amps continuous atm due to temperature issues (I don't know how this engine was running as well as it was, there were a number of mis-maintenanced things on it between wrong spark plugs, cross threaded plugs, and one plug was just sitting in the cylinder loose, 280K miles with the rusted out OEM O2 sensor, nasty MAF, and that hot air intake really did improve the mileage but it dropped the power significantly). I made the same sized setup for a guy with diesel, I didn't expect much on a 7.2L Cummins Turbo setup; but he went from 15-16 to 23-26 up to 45MPH, and about 1-3 at 60-70. My setup was extremely restricted, but I have the solution to that with a way larger setup that will mount in the truck bed and not only is the plate configuration way more efficient than what I had going (and that was more prolific than all these dry cells everyone is making videos on), and a rust-free operation due to... intelligent design. The mechanics of a dry cell, in my opinion, are very limited on capacity and throughput. You need a ton of amps and that in tandem with the dry cell design causes the rust formation. I could, (probably, I still need to test but based on previous results this won't be hard), run 50 amps 12 hours a day and produce way more gas than your dry cell system without ever rusting. I will never run my system on that many amps because it won't need to, but the capacity is there. I like to under-promise and over-deliver. That will be my business model. Diesel is the way to go. I experimented on gasoline engines for years, I only started on this stuff in 2015 myself. Just 2 years ago a guy I was in the Marines with that had followed my experiments on my facebook page asked me to make a system for him, so I made him something the same as I had used on a 4L gas engine only getting 25-45% improvements (I had a Volo on there but I am pretty sure that wasn't doing anything as I had the same results with and without, and I have an electronics and data background and I don't understand how it can use CAN bus messages to modify sensor input data that goes directly to the PCM, I suspect it is somewhat of a scam). His results on a 7.2L: at 60-70 MPH it made 1-3 MPG improvement over 15-16 (went to 16-19). At 35-45 MPH~.... he had 23-26. I later discovered why that is since my system made so much hydrogen at times I had to turn it off on my gasoline engine. He couldn't have been pulling more than 20-25 amps on that setup. I now have a larger 5 gallon system that will probably produce 20-30x the amount of gas with way more efficiency per a given amount of amperage compared to what he had before. I'm just waiting to relocate to Denvera area so I can find someone that wants to try it out. Longevity on hydrogen is hard indeed unless you figure out how to solve the rusting problem.

I see a lot of comments from people seeing efficacy on their carburated engines. Without EFI and a functioning o2 sensor to adjust fuel trims and dial back injector duty to compensate for the added hydrogen, you would see no improvement in mileage. You would not make more power either as the octane would be lowered and combustion would be more sporatic. You would never be able to accurately adjust an analog distributor to allow proper timing for such inconsistent fuel delivery.

I build hho cells have been for over 12 years. Had one of my earlier models on a station wagon at the Globel energy conference mine was the first one they ever saw working on a car. People who know how to set them up makes a difference.

Wanna hear something crazy.. me and my brother removed the emissions on his 2017.. tuned it. And running off just diesel and clean air, its getting 30 mpg highway.. id imagine with hho itd get close to 40
